Director's Message

Children are the most precious asset of our country. At LALA DEEP CHAND JAIN PUBLIC SCHOOL, we try make this foundation strong and work in that direction with sincerity and dedication. It was my keen desire to open a school which provides wonderful ambience in which students can discover their talent. Our motive is not to make money but to provide every child a concrete and enable him emerge with excellence. Great stress is laid on the basic concepts of respective subjects such as tenses in English, Tables in Math, Grammar in Hindi and practical’s in Science etc. Our School has maintained complete discipline. A Complete discipline expresses moral of a child. It is training of mind or manner. To fulfil my dream, cooperation of parents is needed. As for the rest, there will always be changes for the better.
प्रगतिशील और आधुनिक बनने के दौड़ में हम अपने स्वास्थ्य से खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं। खेल का महत्व जैसे हम भूलते जा रहे हैं। आज के बच्चे मोबाइल, लैपटॉप और वीडियो गेम्स से ही खेलते हैं। परंतु खेल का महत्व बच्चों की बढ़ती ग्रोथ के साथ जानना आवश्यक है। खेल जितना स्वास्थ्य के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है, उतना ही खेल का महत्व पढ़ाई में भी है।जीवन में खेलकूद का भी उतना ही महत्व है, जितना कि पढ़ाई-लिखाई का। खेलकूद न केवल छात्रों का मनोरंजन करते हैं अपितु उनके स्वास्थ्य को भी उत्तम बनाते हैं। यदि बच्चे प्रसन्न और स्वस्थ रहेंगे तो पढ़ाई लिखाई की ओर भी ध्यान देंगे। खेल के अंतर्गत शरीर बहुत अधिक परिश्रम करता है, परिणामस्वरूप अधिक मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन शरीर के अंदर जाती है। यही ऑक्सीजन हमारे रक्त को शुद्ध करती है तथा भोजन को पचाने में सहायता करती है। जिसने खेलों को महत्व दिया है वह सदैव प्रसन्न, स्वस्थ तथा मजबूत रहता है, उसमें आत्मविश्वास रहता है, नेतृत्व की क्षमता उत्पन्न होती है, इच्छाशक्ति सदैव बलवती रहती है, संगठन की शक्ति का अहसास होता है। अत: खेल स्वास्थ्य का पर्याय है। स्कूलों में हम वार्षिक खेल कार्यक्रम आयोजित करते हैं और दैनिक आधार पर, हमारे पास खेल-कूद के लिए एक विशिष्ट अवधि होती है। इस अवधि में शिक्षक उन्हें फुटबॉल, वॉलीबॉल, कबड्डी और खोखो जैसे विभिन्न खेल खेलने के तरीके सिखाते हैं। ये खेल विद्यार्थियों को नई चीजें सिखाते हैं और उनसे उनका जुड़ाव होता है। इसके अलावा, खेल उनमें आत्मविश्वास और साहस विकसित करने में मदद करते हैं। साथ ही, वे सक्रिय और तेज़ हो जाते हैं। और सफलता उनमें प्रेरणा और उत्सुकता भर देती है। Read More

Principal's Message

I am really honoured and feel very privileged to function as the Principal of Lala Deep hand Jain Publics School. Let me take this opportunity to thank the Management, giving me the opportunity to serve the community . We, at LDCJPS , ensure high quality education which motivates and empowers our students to be lifelong learners and the productive members of the society. Our education system is the one that cater the individual needs of our students. Success for all students is ensured at our school by the delivery of an enriching, child centred, balanced and structured curriculum and a whole school focus on student welfare that focuses on the positive recognition of student achievements. Teachers at LDCJPS are highly qualified and experienced educators who are committed to supporting each student’s learning experience through quality instruction and guidance that addresses the needs of the individual child. Teachers work to provide students with differentiated support that address each student’s specific needs both academically and socially. I, personally believe that an education system that develops the imagination of the child is richer than the one that does not. The imagination is where new ideas are created and progress becomes possible. “Imagination is more important than knowledge” because knowledge is about what we already know, whereas imagination is what moves individuals and cultures forward. Imagination leads to innovation. LDCJPS will surely give much importance to imaginative and play way methods, especially in Kindergarten. LDCJPS do give high priority for our Student’s safety. School also initiates the activities that actively promote safe and healthy lifestyle and contribute effectively to sustainability and conservation of our environment. We firmly believe that the parents are their child’s first and most important teacher. Parents play a vital role in the education of their children. In 2002, Mr. Sunil Jain with firm belief and a noble sight to educate the mass children especially in his home town, Dera Bassi,laid down the foundation of Lala Deep Chand Jain Public School With a Single Hall Rom and I got the privilege to join him in his noble step to spread literacy among the thousands of children of Dera Bassi and adjoining areas Now the Sapling has grown into a big tree under wich is taking care of hundreds of students from near and far under its shadow. This multistoried building has all basic amenities that accounts for the all round personality and Development of a Child. From the very beginning, the school as been made its efforts in a unprecedented manner. The ultra modern school has come to be a trendsetter in the region providing to its students state of art infrastructure by way of computers and T.V. equipped spacious classrooms, sprawling ground.

House System

To instill in children a sense of belonging team spirit, Co-operation and healthy competition the school is divided into four houses. The house Master/Mistresses and the captains meet regularly to discuss, organize and put in to action inter-house events. The daily maintenance of discipline and cleanliness in the hands of house on duty.
